hi, i m master doctor and i bought havla 108 bonus time and 24 heals.

the problem is that i can hit only 12 times (so i can buff only 2 persons)

i tought it was a bug, so i bought some from another chef and it s the same problem.

if someone knows how to get my 24 hits please tell me. (i tried to wait 10 seconds and more between each hit but still not working)

Was the second Havla also for 24 heals? Are you doing any other stim/wound healing besides using the buff packs (long shot, but thought I'd ask)? And are you actually getting the "you cannot do that for ## seconds" message after 12 heals, or could it possibly be just the buff UI icon clearing early?

Does it wear off early if you only do wound/damage healing, or just with buffs? I wonder if a buff might have some special circumstances in the code that's making it count as two heals; maybe one that increases the max value, one to increase the current value.

It sounds like a bug to me, I'd say enter a /bug report, give as much information as you can (Havla stats, steps to recreate, messages you're seeing, whether it's just buff packs or if damage/wound healing also wears out faster).
