I have no idea what I shall pay for various ressources with great values.
What do you pay for good carnivore meat for example, which is required in some stuff?
Whats the highest cpu you have ever paid?
The "going rate" varies from server to server. I haven't been following prices on Chimaera lately, but seem to remember hearing it's one of the more expensive servers out there.
On Starsider, I'll pay anywhere from 4 to 10 cpu for good flora, depending on the stats. (10 for PE/OQ over 900 and decent DR and FL; 4 for the stuff like high FL and DR wild rice for Parwan Nutricake, that no one else would want.) If I were really short on something and there was nothing to harvest I might pay more, but I tend to amass huge amounts of stuff that's good, so I haven't run into this problem yet.
Meats, I'll pay 30 cpu if FL+PE+OQ adds up to over 2000; I use those in bio-additives. If it's a great carnivore or insect meat that I would actually use in food, I'll go higher. I paid 50 cpu for a recent shift of insect meat and 75 cpu for a near perfect carnivore meat we had a month or two ago. I'd probably also go higher for good domesticated meat (for filling enhancements) if I could ever find some for sale. Milk, I'll pay 15 cpu for grind quality(for bantha butter)and 30 cpu if FL+PE+OQ > 1500 (for the multisaccharide additives).
That's just my personal price guideline. I try to make very good food without obsessing about having the very best on the server, so I refuse to get ridiculous about resource costs.

Atm we have some quite nice carnivore meat on Lok and I have asked some people to get me some of it, but dont know what to pay for...
