Yep,
Ormachek- Maxxes out at 5% bonus, and is around 80 filling. A problem is that it gives the bonus to every non-crafting XP you get, so if you are looking for Rifle XP, you may get a bonus to Rifle, Combat, Creature, and Harvesting XP on asingle kill. So it's probably best to use when you are maxxed on something and getting only 1 type of XP for your kills. Like you just need Scout XP, and your combat skills are already maxxed out.
So does that mean that the bonus is spread around and divided between the differetn types of skills that I would be gaining xp for? ie. If I start by using a pistol and finish a creature off with my TKA I only get 2.5 % bonus for Pistols and 2.5% bonus for unarmed?

Not quite. Ormachek is good for a limited number of "xp gains" (generally around 15-20). So if you ate one with 4% bonus for 20 gains, killing a singlecreature with pistol and unarmed would give you:
4% bonus to pistol xp
4% bonus to unarmed xp
4% bonus to combat xp
And you have used up 3 "xp gains", leaving you with 17 more. If you harvested meat from the creature, you'd get a 4% bonus to scout xp, and have 16 more gains left.
Ormachek works best when you're capped on the other xp, keeping the bonuses focused where you want it. Bounty Hunters seem to like it for Investigation xp after they've capped their pistol/combat xp. I'd expect it would be handy for scouts trying to get survival xp with a camping macro. Since it's a percentage bonus, it works best with fewer large-xp gains (taking down a single big creature) rather than frequent small-xp gains (musician or dancer xp).
