I just finished up chef, before i drop it i want to make some canape and brandy to stock up for myself. I am currently harvesting some better Fruits and Berries, i was using bad stuff, Someone told me to Get High PE and High OQ which on ahazi both are spawning right now with stats over 850+ on both stats for both fruis and berries.
Anyway, Here comes the help i need. 2 Things
The original stuff i was making was coming out like 360+ Buff (using a +85 additive i believe), I could not experiment it up past 400, tryed multiple times, I havent tryed this latest spawn yet, but that should correct the problem right? Using Higher PE and OQ stuff
The other question is, It Requires Alcohol, Does the Quality of the Wheat matter at all? should i get better stuff or does it matter at all? i dont see any stats on it so i am assuming its meaningless for the most part??

The resource quality determines both the maximum percentage you can experiment to, and the starting percentage. That percentage directly determines the stats, so yes 850+ resources should allow you to get a better buff size.
The quality of subcomponents (alcohol, container, pastebread, dough, etc) has no effect on the final item. Well, not currently. Some pre-revamp components (like aludian pu38 used for alcohol) in post-revamp foods did have an improved effect, but since those aren't craftable anymore I'm pretty sure they've all been used up by now.
