2 or 3 heals and the the 30 second turnaround is gone whenever i use it - is this as intended? I don't see it as having a limited number of heals in the item description.

I noticed the same thing while durnis were killing me yesterday.. Didn't seem to last the 15 minutes it was supposed to do..

It's not intended according to the description. It's broken and in my opinion should not be sold by chefs at this time as it is completely deceptive.
