Ruby Bliel: Stimpack Roundtime : 30s fill 22 19min12
Just wanted to note that I have used some of the Ruby Bliel and while it does work (sort of) it seems to be bugged.
Once you drink it the effect takes place, the icon shows up under your HAM showing it is in effect. However, after you use it once (maybe twice if lucky) the effect goes away (long before the time runs out too)! I think (hope) this is just a bug but it should be brought to the DEV's notice.
I did bug it in game but thought maybe the Chef community should take note as well.

We've seen and reported it, no word yet on what's "intended".
It could be a couple of things:
- It's only supposed to work on the next stim (like Starshine Surprise only works on the next incap, and Bespin Port on the next experiment). The duration displayed could be the "wear off" time, and if you don't trigger the effect in that time, you lose it.
- Aproblem with this is that the duration can be modified with experimentation (other triggered foods have a hard-coded 20m timer).
- It's supposed to work on the X stim uses, and Bliel's having the same problem as other multi-trigger foods (like Synthsteak lasting for 35s instead of 35 hits). Instead of the "number of triggers" becoming the duration in seconds, the 20m timer is kept, and the "number of stims" property isn't displayed right
- This would be more in line with Bliel's original effect, where it'd reduce the heal recover time for the next X heals/buffs. Of course, no one used it for that, becasue the recovery bonus wouldn't work unless it got over 100, which wasn't possible with Bliel.
- The "Stim use: 30" stat is pretty confusing. Since stims are on a 60s timer (at least for As and Bs, not sure about the higher ones), that looks like it's supposed to halve the cooldown period. Could be related to the old "gotta be >100" bug that Bliel and Havla had pre-CU, and the "instant use" behavior is just a placeholder to give it some benefit until that heal recover bug is fixed. Plus, that stat is not experimentable.
I hope we get some sort of dev communication on what some of the newer effects are supposed to be doing, because based on what food is actually doing, things could definitely be better.

Thanks for the explanation.
I should have known the Chefs would already know about this!
