I was exp the other day and noticed some foods that stopped at 9:00 min now went higher.
did they change the hard caps
I also noticed that as my Duration increased for some reason do did my filling.
Tryed this with Brandy and some other drinks
Any input would help.

I keep getting confused by this. I've never run into "hard caps" on duration other than the obvious one that sits at 100% experimentation. (well, there is Caf, but I try to ignore that "duration affected by Nutrition experimentation" abomination if at all possible). Every point I put into Flavor increased the duration. Converted stuff was always coming out at 9 minutes (sometimes changed by splitting/getting from a crate), but new stuff could go above that point.
Like this? That's my core tool used to generate the html food chart, it's got min (0% experimentation) and max (100% experimentation) values for all the food stats, although the level of accuracy may be a little off.

Heya Sciguy,
Yes, I used this same spreadsheet and variations when I first became a Master Chef.
Thanks for kicking it back up. It helped allot for focusing my efforts.
I was a bit confused becuase I experimented with Brandy and got duration up to 17:00 min with 27 filling. The stats wreent great I was 340 or 370 on health regen , Action and Mind pegged at assembly.
I was under the impression that drinks would max at 9:00 min or 9:50.
Some customers have special orders and it helps to be able to tell them how far I can push the foods.

Hang on, 17m? 27 filling?
Dang it, it looks like they changed the numbers on me. Now I've got to go re-calculate those min/max numbers.

Ok, you must've been looking at something else other than brandy for that filling/duration. I just crafted a couple (no tissue) and got 10m with 70% Flavor experimentation and 40 filling with about 70% filling. Or are you talking on Testcenter? Or something else?

Are you sure this is the stats of your brandy?? 
The best I could get was 11m 48fill 
I do not see how 17m 27fill is possible for Brandy, unless maybeyouwhere usingdifferent Additives

I've had no word of it, and it wasn't in the patch notes from what i've seen.

I am soooo Sorry,
I messed up, I have been playing with allot of differnt foods.
I prob got Kwilik to that much, which is more along the lines.
I made some Brandy out again as a test case. and I got 335 Health, max A/M Filling 49 and Duration 10:42
I had one good succes in there with health so prob could get better.
Still means that drinks dont cap at 9:00 which is good.
Because foods dont cap, it will prob be a alternating Brandy, Kwilik to work the filing and max a food buff.
Sorry about the confusion. It feels like I'm at the Culnary Institue and Im learning how to bake bread.
