Okay sorry to be a total newbie at this but I honestly dont have a clue about crafting, and any help you good people can give me would be great.
I have been trying to make Breath of Heaven and Thunder Cloud and one of the ingredients is a heavy food additive, to make the heavy food additive I have to add Heavy food bio components....this is where I'm stuck how do I craft these or get these?
Also for the containers like casks it says 2 trim from an identicle crate...do tailors make these?
Any help would be much appreciated.

additives come from bio engineers, you need to find one, and politely beg to get some additives made.. good luck

I have access to my m8's Bio engineer character while he is on holiday but when I check the schem list I cant see anything called heavy food bio component....help 
Like I said I'm a total newbie at crafting

a) On yourBE the tissue you need to finnally make into heavy food additives is called Intelligent Nanonutrients.. This will add more power to your food which I assume which is what you want for your BoH and Thuntercloud.
And after you make additives remember to combine them with water to turn it into heavy food additives.
b) Trims can be made by a tailor at xx1x so if you think you need alot of these I suggest you invest some points into tailor so you have fast easy acess to it.
