I don't really know why they removed it. Changed it to Healing efficiency of all things.
There are multiple foods that affect healing efficiency. For a master level food, thatakillo really needs to be better.

Almost every combat profession has a knockdown recovery skill so really don't see the use for the food. Doubt it would sell very well unless it had a filling of like 5 or so. Would be a wasteof precious stomach filling if any higher.

Yeah and the duration really sucks too only about a minute and a half. Filling way too high

KD Recovery food, even if it was still possible to be made, would be rather useless. You get a KD Recovery skill in the Marskman/Brawler boxes, and you no longer have Dizzy pinning you to the ground for extended periods of time. That was the reason behind the KD foods...since people didn't want to be pinned in PvP. Now, it's no sweat getting back up from a KD, because even in the rare instance you are Dizzy, I think it's broken anyway. (unless they ninja fixed it in Pub 17)

Just to add, i'm not even sure if the Def vs stats still even exist.
None of the Def vs foods have retaining there stats, and i've not seen them in the skill boxs.

That's correct. Just Melee and Ranged Defense now.

what about zabrak inate defense vs kd 10
i understand what everyone says about kd recovery, but in mass pvp, with saber throw being the main jedi attack, getting kd is a real pain in the butt especially when it takes a few seconds to get up because of lag in most instances
personally i would rather not be kd, than be force to use kd recovery, what do you all think?

Agree with you 100%
If there is a doctor/pikeman who relies on his healing, I bet he would definitly not like to get knocked down.
IMO
Those shrooms have a potential of being a good seller, given the right filling and duration that is.

you know i miss damage reduction food aswell, sythsteak was invaluable in mass pvp
if you have a group of 8 rifleman, hitting 1 target using headshot, they will each do about 500 damage per hit, assuming every shot hits, that is incap in 1 shot from a potential 80meter range
now if the group of riflemen also have fan shot which is a cone attack, thats roughly 500 damage on multiple targets, a group of 8 can potentialy incap another group from over 65meter range in 1 shot
this is all hyperthetical, but some foods were crucial in pre cu, and still are crucial now, we still take the same damage, post cu, but now have no way to defend against them

in addition, has anyone come up against sniper shot? with my defender i take 1000-1200 pvp damage per hit from over 65meter range, with non jedi i take from 1200-1800 pvp damage
pre cu on chimaera, we had a legendary hammer, which was the only weapon able to dish out that sort of pvp damage, now every rifleman can do it
