What would you guys say are most important as far as resources go, and what qualities do you need on these resources, overall quality, potential energy, etc?

To make the best we need them all high food claims it only need overall quality, potential energy, and flavor, but decay resistance seems to be just as important, if not more so, on organics.
On the nonorganic parts decay resistance, unit toughness, and overall quality seem to be the important ones.
