I noticed that now that I've reached level 2 mixology I am suppose to be able to make Corellian Brandy and Tattoine Sundburn, but for whatever reason I am unable to do so do to the fact that it doesn't show up as an option when I'm choosing what to make.

Am I doing something wrong or what?

For some recipes you need to have a privately owned crafting station. If you are using a public crafting station found in the starting cities, the recipes that need the private one won't even show up. Put a food crafting station in your house or find somebody whose crafting station you can use (most player cities have them) and you should see them show up when you craft.
