Thread: Question about the new additives

Will experimenting on the new BE additives or the tissues themselves have any effect on the final product? Or will they be like all the other componants and experimentation willbare no effect on the final product.

I know you can experiment on the tissue (assuming you're a BE) but Im not sure about the additive that we need to use it for. Kind of funny how we have to use a sub component to make a sub component. Im sure other professions have this but I just realized it.

You can't experiment on the additive itself, but the BE can on the tissue. Throw together the tissue and some water, and the additive gets whatever bonuses the BE finished with on the tissue.


I'm still not sure why the extra step was added, probably just to make the enhanced foods that much more difficult to make to be in line with their enhanced effects. Although maybe the removal of component experimentation for chefs has something to do with it.

I remember when I was a DE that the droid would require a cluster module which would require a Level 6 Item storage which would require 2 identical GP mods (Master artisian Item). DEs have so many components to worry about so... we're not getting special treatment or anything.
