If you read closer he says expect this publish in the next two weeks or so.

Actually it's not stated there but in Announcements TH says expect it around two weeks.

The features are to release info on the upcoming publish. Q's post in announcements:
Although much of the information on the next publish has already gotten around by being on Test Center, we figured it would be a good idea to call out the features in an easy to digest format.
The Imperial Crackdown

It's still on test, and looks like they've got at least a rough estimate on a go-live date. Although the "new" BoH they included is different from what Ezran made last night. I wonder if the new filling/buff was a fluke, or if the Friday feature was just based on the old information.

They learend from patch 4(i think that was the one) not to patch on friedays cause then they have to work on saterday to get the servers working again after they all crash

God, I thought it would be needing at least 3-6 more days of testing (regarding IMP crackdown, our 'bugs'/fixes etc etc etc)
I was just about to start a factory run of my last pre-patch food later today my time once a run of pu-36s stopped.. *sigh*
*laugh* to be almost broke again due to revamp if that kicks in today
