Thread: How many of you think No Flameout will be as common as No Deathblow?

With flameout being so powerful, people are going to either:
A. Be accused of cheating/exploiting
B. Have "No Flameout" duels
C. Buy a >1 sec pistol and spam 5 quick shots before going into their specials.
I'm not bashing flameout, just asking what you all think the future will look like with this Uber-Powerful Drink...

Since its 100%filling and stomach decay 1once/hour, is it that powerful?

Edit: I just read, stomach decayis now 30min.. not bad

And it isn't 100% , its only 30% total Filing.

I dont care if they do take one *shurg* i have the same chance and its only 5 shots that dont have any effect on my status shots that i open with anyhow. Its not an automatic fight winner for people in armor and sure not for people that are buffed its just a 5 sec grace period

I highly doubt with the revamp of combat in this game that any one item/food/buff is going to make someone "uber." Every strength in this game is going to have a weakness it's just the people that know how to counter everythese tacticsthat are gonna be winning in pvp. Everyone is like "omg this is so overpowering everyone is gonna use this and own." It's not gonna be like that. The people that know how to use tactics are going to use something like flameout to fit their style.

90% damage taken away for 5 attacks? How does that not make one "uber"?

Its good but it is still only 5 attacks. Most people seem to have problems even hitting anyone in the first 5 attacks. 90% reduction doesn't do a whole lot if they miss. I would assume even a miss is counted as an attack.

I see why you like it and i understnad as my main is a wookiee as well, but the fact is that to eveyone else this isnt as big a deal cause they can just put on there armor and only take 20% damage in pve anyhow and the sad fact is that the proud wookiee wariorrace had been removed from pvp combat almost compleatly due to the huge disadvanage we fight under.

Everyone has the opportunity to purchase the new foods and drinks. If you don't, that is your lookout. This thread is very close to a nerf cry, and the **edit** food and drinks aren't even Live yet. :rolleyes:

Knocky, name a reason why they SHOULD have that drink, if it will be useless in PVP. If anything this drink will be almost strictly PVE, because when you PVP, people will do 5 quick shots with the pistol, then attack. And if they don't, then they will start saying stuff like "**edit**! Why isn't your HAM going down!?" and the ignorant people will completly discount the duel and say stuff while they are lying incapped like "No wonder you beat me, had to use flameout."

Anyone can buy and eat/drink, I dont see any reason or problems with this, unless its specifically geared and usable for a few classes only
