I am an aspiring Master Chef. I am a good day from Master, and I have begun to test some things out. One, is the brandy. Obviously, the OQ of a good brandy puts you over the FILL breakpoint- without experimentation. Lets say I got a 49 fill. Is there any reason to experiment to lower this number? I dont see an advantage in that- please tell me if there is a reason to lower that number.

I made some brandy in casks and got some good results, and some not so good. Rather then destoy the less desirable under 50 fill stuff, is it entirely unethical to sell the stuff on the baazar for a good price?

I have read, and re-read the sticky'd guides. I find them an excellent read each time. The revamp food chart- in the resource stat contribution area gives you the main categories- Filling Flavor Nutrition Quantity. I am trying to understand this section better. Lets use Nutrition for ex. OQ-33% PE 66%. Does this say the Value of PE% is 2/3 more important than the OQ%? The current Berry on my server is DR 932 FL 792 PE 928 OQ 826. Yes I know this is a damn good berry. How do these numbers factor in to a formula?

All of the numbers in that section- regarding the OQ say 33%. I assume this is the experiment value- and if so, what does this say overall, about the OQ of a particular resource? Are PE DR FL 2/3 more important than OQ- all the time?

Am I confusing anyone? For now, I will wait for an answer, and possibly have more questions depending on the answer Thanks in advance.

Yeah you got it right with the excetion of cavellian cream which is 50/50 dr/oq for nutrition bonus the vast majority (havnt checked all) experimental bonus's are based on:

nutrition 66/33 pe/oq

duration 66/33 flav/oq

filling 66/33 dr/oq

I dont worry about quantity and is sacrificed when looking for ingredients for the other 3 categories

So yeah oq seems a secondary supporting stat in all 3 major categories and adds 1/3 of the total effectivity of a given item
