Thread: Stealth Prohibition by the Dev Team?

All of my pre-patch alcohol no longer works in any schematic. Tried them all tonight. Prior to last night's restart, I had no issues and I am even using the same serial numbered items I used last night.


Anybody else having this issues this evening?

Yes I got this problem too. I had 200 alcohol made the night before the revamp too so I dould not have to worry about components.... /sigh


I recieved the email stating that this item is no longer used by the game and should be removed from my inventory. What the?


Please someone tell me that I don't have to do a special run of alcohol all over again.

My pre-patch sweet cake mix worked last night, but my pre-patch bio-nutrients didn't. I suppose that any schematic that changed with the patch won't work. Why alcohol won't work, I have no idea.

I only had this issue with pre-alcohol, and I was using pre-alcohol exclusively since the patch hit, so it definitely was a change that took place during Wed morning's re-start.

Wasn't there some report that using pre-patch aludian or kylessian distillate was giving some improved results over alcohol? I'm not sure if the comparison was with pre-patch or post-patch alcohol, but if pre-patch stuff was improving results, that might explain the prohibition.


I burned through all my pre-patch alcohols the first few days, although I might have some old dough or soypro hanging around. Any problems reported with other components? The bio-nutrients (that's the BE tissue, right drwoobie?) probably got invalidated because it's not compatible with the new tissues.

yeah, they were the basic pre-patch BE stuff. I didn't expect it to work post-patch and it didn't. Kinda wish I had the one extra day we didn't get to use them up, but oh well.

The rest of my components, soypro, alcohol (I didn't have any of the higher level alcohol replacements though), sweet cake mix, carbosyrup all worked post-patch. I am almost out of pre-patch items. finally.

Don't destroy any stock you may have. I finished all but 1 or 2 crates of my last aludian run last night (Wednesday Night) Today, thursday, I'm using those to hand-craft samples. So far, I've had no issues

It's some stupid bug with crates. I had several crates of weapon components break a few days ago then fix themselves after half an hour. My crates of XG mines were also affected and have not fixed themselves yet.
