I've been reading up on some foods, going on what I've read these foods give the biggest boost for what I need for the longest duration.

health buff - blap biscuit
action buff - paste bread
damage reduction - synthsteak

Would it be possible to eat all of these at once? And if so, what strengths of each could I expect, and their fillings?

I think you're out of luck, Blap Biscuit and Pastebread are for pets only (and even if your forum avatar is accurate, wookies don't apply ).

For action, you can look into Blob candy (+40 or so 30-60m, but only a 10 filling) orAccaragm (the same as vasarian brandy, but for action/quick/stam).

For health there's Bofa Treats (+40 or so 30-60m, again only 10 fililng) or Garrmorl (same as brandy, but for health/str/con).

There's only one food (in artisan) and one drink (in Mix III) for each of the HAM pools. Vercupti (+350-650 H/A/M, 6-10m) was rumored to be losing the pet restriction, but the short duration and high filling (in the 60s) may be too much of a downside. The artisan foods are all +35-60 for 30-60m with filling around 10. The drinks are all +110-310 to pool/usage/regen, 30-60m filling around 50.

Synthsteak is generally 25% damage reduction for 30 or so hits (and dodged/blocked/countered attacks don't appear to count as a hit), filling is around 25.

Doh! How craptastic. Why do pets get better foods than us? Are we not their masters?!

For Blob Candy and Bofa Treats, how strong can they get with nutritional supplements? Do they only take light ones, or can they take medium or heavy? If they could get up to +100 or so, stacking a few of each may not be so bad with only a 10 filling.
