What are the best foods to take when going hunting. At a low level.
Also on the same line of thought. What are resonable prices for thm. So I don't end up. With egg on my face

Crispic and Synthsteak are both nice. Crispic improves accuracy and Synthsteak is "free armor".
Charging 100 creds a dose for them wouldn't be out of line.

I would first ask you, what are you hurting in the most when you hunt? Action? Mind? Health?
My personal opinion,mind is key. You can always heal yourself if mind allows. So, Blue Milk,Low end Brandy, Some Swirls for action, crispics are good too.

Here's another question... what profession are you? If you are going up Unarmed, there's some nice unarmed damage bonus food... if you are a Marksman we have some nice dodging/targeting foods for you... if you are a Scout - come see me personally, I've got some work for ya 
(but yes, we've got foods to assist you there as well)
Come to think of it... we've got every base profession (Master Marksman, Brawler, Scout, Entertainer, Artisan) covered... but I find it ironic that we can't make Jedi specialized food.
