Ive had a bit of luck fishing lately, but no luck trying to sell the fish. I dont want to leave the fish at the bazaar becauseI would like to find someone to build a supply/contra relationship with, but no chefs ive talked to seem to care about fish.
If the chefs on this board could leave a little comment regarding their need/want/caring for fish, I would appreciate to know if im wasting my time on the river banks when I could be hunting instead.

There are two good markets for your Fish.
I would start with BioEngineers who would probably fall over themselves in an attempt to hump your leg -- your fish meat is an ingredient in a few of their "elite" schematics. Chefs can use fish meat as... well... meat. Depending on the quality of your fish, you could possibly get a good sale from a Chef.

It's not specifically needed for Chef, can be used as organic and such.
Head over to the BE forum instead and talk with them
