Where do I get it? DWB? tough to get?

I haven't heard of any dropping in a long time, but yes the DWB is supposed to drop them. I have been through the dwb at least 30 times and I haven't seen 1 drop.

Man that sucks I got mine free from a guildie pre-CU and then post-CU another guildie looted 2 schems in the same run.

I tried getting one of these for months on Kauri, along with about 3 or 4 other long time chefs. About a month before CU came out it seemed like we all got one within a very short amount of time. Now I have seen chefs asking for them on the trade forumand there seems to be more of them around.

The statswill vary from Chef to Chef

I make 2 types,

Power +427 Health / +50 Health Regen / +200 Action Regen / +200 Mind Regen49 Fill for 7min30sec

Time +166 Health / +50 Health Regen / +200 Action Regen / +200 Mind Regen49 Fill for 15min30sec

i looted 1 schem like 2 weeks ago in the first main room of the dwb where u need to kill the guy with the passkey. hope that helps.

Yep looks like without stacking drinks anymore, mando wine is completely useless, we have the same thing already.

It kinda was even with stacking foods imo. I'm glad that I got a big load of it sold before the cu though. I think I have sold like 8 crates total sence cu hit and I'm like one of 3 on my server with it.
