If all teh regens cap at 20% what is the point of making brandy. Am I missing anything here, does it regen at 20% based on 1000 or 20% of your health value(3000ish at Cl80).

The thing people have misunderstood about the 20% thing is, there is no hard cap. It is simply a buffing guide line the devs told me about. They don't want to get to the situation when people can buff there stats by 200-300%, so they've laid out the 20% buff rule to make sure it doesn't happen again.
And Brandy with duration additives (aswell as accaragm) are very good for buffing.

I find Pixie and Brandy to be a very good combo. In fact, in non intense situations (which would call for Vegeparsine, Thundercloud, etc.) I grind just using Brandy and Pixie, and they do stack.

So there is no cap? Its just thatsimilar buffs don't stack?
I Honestly haven't tested to see for myself.

There is no cap as in you can't go over 20% at all, like i said its more of a guide line.

I think he's saying that each item is capped in an effort to stop people from buffing over 20%. The 20% is a guideline tho, and not a hard cap. Thats just what their goal is for our max buffs, which is why you can't stack different types of action regen foods.

As far as food stacking the max looks to be 250 to Action REG/Mind REG. Where I am confused is on health does it have a "static" max of 1000 like the other regens but does not show in the character sheet? Or can you get 20% of your health value at 3000...so say around 600ish regen cap to health. Sorry its just I dont see a point to 400 power brandy of the regen is gonna cap at 200-250 if it is indeed a regen on health at 1000 max. Would rather make make 200ish power 10-15 minute brandy if this is the case.

They just need to make it more apparent what stacks and what doesn't...
But thanks, I understand it a bit better now.
Not as complicated as I thought it was
