I guess the question is do chefs need it? If so what is considered a decent amount that a chef would buy?

My aoplogies in advance for the noob questions, still sort of new.

no one needs chefs, so chefs need nothing -P

fish meat is not one of the "special type" metas we use, it could be used as regular meat but i dont know of any good food with regular meat

Chefs don't need fish meat any more than any other specifickind of meat, it goes into the same recipe slot. Eggs are the same way.

BEs have some tissue recipes that specifically require seafood, though, I think in groups of 20 or so.
