Thread: 100 unit factory limit = nail in the coffin

This hurts us a lot because some items require crated components and they are needed in 2-4. If you want to crate the final product it means you can get even less out of them.

It boils down to, the max you can get out of the factories will be 4 crates per schematic, if it requires a component of 2 it's a max of 49 items (less then 2 crates), components of 3 max of 32 items (less then 2 crates) and 4 components makes a max of 24 items (not even 1 full crate).

When i refer to components, i mean crated components, which most 3-4 tier items require in the elite professions.

This doesn't only hurt chefs, but it hurts ALL crafters, of what's left of them at least...

You won't even to make a full crate of Breath of Heaven anymore, as it takes 6 identical alcohol components. So, that means, you need 6 crates of the component to craft one crate of BoH. Since you can no longer make 6 crates out of a schematic, we are screwed.

Not 6, 2 sets of 3 identical. You can do 2 100 runs and make (maybe) a 25 and a 7 crate.

ouch Well hate to see you go. But understandable. Why oh why don't they fix our profession and stop taking things away from us. But could you elaberate why that hurts? I just wanna know because I've yet to use a factory to make anything. I like selling my stuff regular (no factory crates) I see my customers more often.

BOH is a premier buff for us. It shouldn't be as easy to make as charde. I think there should be a few hoops to jump through to make nicer buffs.

That being said, there are alot of other things that are broken that need to be fixed. We need ways to make our end products more valuable to the end consumer...

You don't think an ass load of food crafting exp and a full tree of skill points counts as a hoop?

Actually, I count that as a ton of hoops.

I am just saying that Ihave no problems with having to plan ahead a littleto makethebest items.A chef does not have to spendany time on gaining crafting exp when BOH is available.

Do you think that managing your inventory in a day or two in advance will be nearly as taxing as the trip to chef?
