can someone post how to grind with chef, aka the highest harvestable amount of resources needed for a craft, what skills to get first etc

As an aspiring chef, it behooves you to read the FAQ and browse historical posts - our forum is rather small and relatively easy to peruse (or search). The information you are seeking is widely available as well as other useful recommendations, techniques, problems, and solutions. An investment of a few minutes is well worth the effort if you are serious about learning the trade.
