I know about Muon, what is the best NON-Drug for MIND (and/or substats)? Increase/Duration ??

Um, we're chefs, why would we send you to a smuggler?

There's a similar question a bit down the page, the quick answer is Angerian Fishak for drink (+450ish to mind for 700s or so), Bivoli Tempari for food (+200 Mind, 800s). Also check the "Websitelisting Chef Food requirements and benefits" thread for a link to a page with all the food buffs (although keep in mind those are low-to-middle range values).

Yep Fishak/Bivoli would be my suggestion too...glazed glucose pate is good also (300ish mind/focus, 6-7 min duration)...but hard to get sometimes...

Why not mix them all Muon gold, fishak and glazed glucose plate is a great combo for those mobs that love to hit the mind.
