I am curious of the Top Foods to use to Increase all of my Stats for Armor Use.

Breath of Heaven - buffs Str, Quick, Focus: Drink andbuffs from350-600ish. I sell BoH for 60k+/crate...the good stuff is usually 100k or more. BoH is filling and you can only drink one use at a time.

Veghash/Vegeparsine - buffs Con, Sta, Will: Food and buffs around 80-150ish (hash) and180-250ish (parsine). I sell Veghash for 500/stack (12500/crate); Vegeparsine for 1000/stack (25k/crate). You can eat multiples of each for better buffs. Veghash is a lower versionand a component that goes into Vegeparsine.

Not sure what the going rate for these are on your server, but the prices should be fairly close.
