I just noticed the writing last night (I never really look at my own toon, and hadn't run into many others wearing a chef's apron).

I think you're right, but if anyone's got a screenie of the apron, use this to translate:

The "kis" characters look right going from memory, although I think the first word on the apron only has three characters.
