Fishak and numerous others so far have been removed.

I've seen this mentioned several times, but now where in my data pad can I find it. Is it something else just named this or what?

Yeah I believe quite a few poeple stocked piled before the chef-patch.

I didn't stockpile anything, as I saw from TC chefs that the filling was terrible compared to new products
The only think I had was 10 crates of pre-patch Thakitilo that I'd made weeks before and never managed to shift - I even had them on at 1cr a crate in the week up to the patch and sold none

I had a bit of pre patch Fishak and then guildmates were selling me their crates for 1cr to get rid of. I cannot sell them at all even for 10K a crate. So I took an alt and had her place crates of 5 of pre patch foods on the vendor in corellia for 2500 credits and stuff sold there.

I had some Angerian, but I had stockpiled Ryshcate and Enhanced Bivoli the most, which still sells, but I gave most of it to my guild mates.
