Hi,
I just recently became a Master BE and would like to ask all the chefs a question. I am tossing around the idea of turning the chef tissues into the additives and then selling. This would seem to save the chefs from having to perform this time-consuming task.
What I would like to know is would you pay a little extra for the completed adds or do you prefer to make them up yourself (i.e. harvest / buy the water). The last option is to also offer water resource along with the BE tissues.
Thanks

Granted, I am a brand new 10 point Master Chef who can't make anything good without the BE tissues. Since I'm so new I can not judge your offer, but one thing I can say is, "Bravo!" Flexibilty. Respect. Creavity. You have those traits and do not loose them. Here's what I can image ...
- Noob chefs like myself who have been in the game for 2 months have used a sizable chunk oftheir credits becoming chefs. We don't have extra resources, we don't have the experience and we certainly can't worry about collecting the tissue ingredients. We would love to buy the completed tissue. But the point is moot. We can not afford the schematics. We can not afford the tissues. And we certainly can not afford the resources that go into the tissues.
- Experienced players who've migrated over to chef and/or have rich guilds would buy your completed tissue if you promised super high quality. No worries, no muss, no fuss. But you better be able to maintain your supply.
With the all auctions going on and players retiring, who knows when a chef will get their hands on super resources. Plan to be flexible. Offer the completed deal to those who can pay. Sell the schematic, but keep quiet if you arrange for "special" deals or prices. Even sell the schematic and make the run in your factories.
Play your way and enjoy your experience. Follow you personality. Don't allow chefs, BE's or anyone else to rain on your parade. Make sure your business sense is intact (i.e. keep happy and make your profit) but keep a semi-deaf ear to all the complaining about how you or your profession should run its' affairs.

Its a good idea, but getting the water and running those runs in my factories isn't too much of an inconvienence. But I'm sure you'd get some business from busy chefs.

Making the additives would be convienent, but for Heavy Additives, you would have to Master Chef yourself in order to make the final combine, so you would probably just make more money setting up your own chef business.

Yes, i know that you have to be a Master Chef forthe Intelligent NutrientComponent. I can get the schematic to make this from a friend.

Hi there,
I think it's a great idea to sell the actual food additives -- it would save us chefs one factory run and anything that saves time is a good thing IMO
Too bad we're on different servers or I would be a customer!

It would be worth the little extra credits as long as it wasn't too overpriced.
