I was just wondering what the going rates for milk was? I've found it fun sneaking around milking creatures and seeing if i can avoid being aggroed on. I was just wondering, is there money to be made here? Please let me know.

Well, on my server, you cant get a single unit of milk for less then 50 cpu. I just recently paid 100 cpu for some excellent nabooian milk, 20k units. I take the opinion it is no more or less difficult to get good milk or grind quality milk for bantha's butters, so the price I offer is the same for both..

Now that's just mean, killing them just to get milk. I prefer sneaking up on them and hoping their protectors don't see me..... of course, i'm also just really poor and can't afford buffs so killing them isn't an option for me

Wow, If milk is harvestable i going to to be so happy. I been harvesting crappy meat for weeksfrom pikes becausemy jedito lazy to milk even if i had mask scentlol.

Milk is actually really easy to get right now. Just kill Pikets on Dantooine and then do /harvest Milk. i'm stocking up on this stuff so that I can provide it to my Chef who can uee it to make Smugglers Delight.

It works. I heard about this at least a week ago on a Scout/Ranger forum, and checked it out. My approach is still milk-then-shoot because you can harvest two resources that way. You might even be able to milk, shoot, then harvest milk again (didn't try it).

You get more milk when you harvest than when you milk. Also you can milk kill harvest milk. and get like 200units per piket with veghash.

Milk is a pricey commodity and if you have a decent quantity, you should be able to get at least 50cpu. Just make sure you get a large stack, at least 5k units, in order to make it worth that chef's time as we need large quantities to make food runs.

Yep, I can't believe this just came out, but we're all doing it now... I'm sure there were some that used this to make millions off foolish chefs like myself offering ridiculous prices in the past before it became public knowledge. I now harvest 1.5 times as much milk as before in the same amount of time. Milk, kill, /harvest milk. This is undoubtedly an "unintended" feature that will be "fixed" in the near future, but while it's here, get familiar with some picket udders cause milking has become
