It's doc buff food really. If a doc can get a large line and get people to pay quickly they can run bivoli havla and t'illa t'ill. The tt lowers your food fill so they use both havla and bivoli longer. But it's $$$$$ and it's use is very limited so it doesn't sell well at all.

It works but most people dont like it, because the filling on it is very high, so it will fill up your drink stomach for only a moderate reduction to your food stomach.
