When making caevellan creams, does the quality of the pastebreads matter?

Nope. For all components (even ones like veghash and pastebread that can be used "as-is"), quality doesn't contribute anything for the final food.

Make sure to use BSNs for the tissues or find some other way to get close to 99%, but not 100% or over otherwise you'll bug yourself into two straight incaps instead of just suffering one and then getting up quickly.
