Hi , I have a crafters apron with plus 5 exp and plus 5 assembly, I have 2 seperate tapes, a plus 6 exp and a plus 5 assembly, if I add the both to the apron will all the modswork? i.e plus 11 exp plus 10 assembly.

No it will simply wipe the mods you have now, so what you'd end up with is +6 exp and +5 assembly.
Put those attachments in another piece of clothing, you will then get all the points, and end up with +11 and +10.
Also i wouldn't get anymore assembly tapes unless you can get them cheap, they don't benefit us as the assembly success has no bearing on the product (i've seen no evidence of this changing in the CU). Better just to save up for the exp.
