Let me clarify:

27 Fill Pie would be as follows

(xQ/27Fill/+51Dodge/23m12s)

25 Fill Pie would be as follows

(xQ/25Fill/+51Dodge/19m44s)

Which would you prefer?

The math says to go for the 27 fill since the extra filling is more than absorbed by the extra duration. But, where the need is for about 20 minutes anyway, say PvP, 25 would be more desireable.

My last batch was 55% dodge for 21:52 at 27 fill. I try to keep my pikatta at least at 20:00. Anything beyond that is gravy.

A few months back I made some 24min, 27 fill pikatta and some 20min, 25 fill (this second one had a 1% higher dodge). The 24 min, 27 fill sold much faster than the latter, but for PvP I always use the higher dodge, lower fill stuff since it stacks better with other foods like vegeparsine and steak

Personally, I think you should just make both. I made some with 25 fill and 28 fill (bad DR on my stuff) and the 25 fill went faster but both sold fairly well. It all really depends on what other food people use and the filling on that.

IE, if someone plans on using 3 steaks with 25 fill, then they might get higher filling because by the time they use the third steak, some of the filling will be gone. Other people might plan on using 50 fill thak, a steak, and pie all at once and need the 25 fill.

It all depends, both sell fairly well.
