Is there one? If so whats it called and how fast does act?

Well, there's one thing that does that, but you're not going to like it.
T'illa T'ill is a drink that reduces the food stomach filling. It adds 90-60 filling to your drink bar, and reduces food 10-20, although it can take heavy additives, so those may be able to get closer together. It requires three different types of inert gas, two ofwhich hardly ever spawn (hydron-3 shows up pretty often). It is always a single-use stack, even if you use containers larger than a small glass.
It does act instantly, so it has one benefit.
And there's no food that reduces the drink bar.

You know.. for months I have been searching the cosmos for the 3 gases... *sigh*
The best I can come up with using a +114 Intel is 24 reduction in food, 70 fill and of course, the lovely *1* charge. (Waste of a cask grrr)
I had to rely on the strength of the BE enhancement because with the rarity of those gases I don't have the option of being picky... I take what I can get.
Someone told me the drink was useless but I wasn't convinced till I had tried it myself... I'm sorry they were right.
