I suppose it depends on what you mean by that, but probably not. With no experimentation at all,the duration on brandy isalready about 37 minutes with good resources. So it's not going to get any lower than that, and it's not like we can pull experimentation points from there and spend them to get low filling or a higher buff. Most chefs get the filling to 50 if it's not there already, max out the buff (anything over +420 is considered excellent brandy, anything over +430 is godly), then put the rest into duration if they have points left over. There's usually only a couple of points left over after the buff is maxed, which might get the filling down to 48 or so. We could of course use filling enhancers instead of nutrition, but then the buff size would be only about +220.
