Aloha all,
Was wondering what would constitute a hight effectiveness Food crafting station? And is there any additional equipment that I need to be in the look out for with high stats? Factories for example?

When you can afford it, definitely get a F&C crafting station with a rating of 40+ 
Ditto with 99% experimented F&C crafting tools (14.95 effectiveness I believe). Don't forget to find yourself a nice research city to park it in.
Factories are experimentable but to no end, so any old factory will do.
Harvesters - on mediums, don't settle for less than a 10 BER. On heavies, demand 13s (except for fusions, those can go up to 14). Technically mediums are more efficient (more resources per credit over all) but their smaller capacities mean you'd have to check them twice as much as heavies. I use only heavies.

I have a 45.0 and that's perfect, so I dunno how you got a 46.6.

Thanks for all your input CJadeFire and JediBohemian. I have one more question (for now)...
If I am to make crates of stuff in a factory, do I need to supply additional resources or do I just need to put in the schematic and x amount of cereal for the alcohol?

Aye 45 is perfect and was only obtainable 1) during the one day Nerf/Unnerf of crafting .. 2) If you had near perfect resources AND got Amazings on that one day.
The best my server could do was 44.4 somethign something something.
Thats what I use.
15 is max for tools and most servers were able to make those.
I would say 40 plus is great... We honestly really dont know what effectivness rating of tools does..hehe. We just think its better... No one to my knowledge has done an indepth sampling.

You need to put whatever the schematic calls for.
If its say 8 cereal and you want 100 items you need to put the schem and 800 cereal into the factory.

Yep what Darth said... there's no extra component or resource for the cardboard part of the crate.
