I was at a food vendor and I had some questoins, first there is some flameout with 194% damage reduction, what will the extra 94% do. Second there is some food where you have 34% chance to to dodge, and I can use enough to get over 100% so will I never be hit. Third one food says Experimentation bonus 11,is that a bonus for all types of experimentation. Fourth what does crafting assembly bonus do. Thanks in advance.

Not a damn thing, 100% is all the game counts, and you can get over 90% without BE assistance if you have good ingredients.
Whoever made it should put the extra points into # of hits or better yet, filling.
food where you have 34% chance to to dodge, and I can use enough to get over 100% so will I never be hit.
Unfortunately, you can't stack foods of the same type that are not stat buffs. That sounds like enhanced air cake or regular fizz pudding. You'd only be able to take one +dodge food/drink at a time, so choose wisely. I'm not sure if it's possible to get fizz pudding enhanced up to 100% - never tried it.

That's bespin port, and nice bespin port at that. It refers to crafting experimentation only (medical, architect, and so on), and basically it's been shown to contribute to reducing critical failures and increasing amazing successes when experimenting (not when assembling). It only works for one experimentation and then you need to take another one.
what does crafting assembly bonus do.
That's pyollian cake... it helps in the initial combine of ingredients, the pass/fail part of crafting. It simply gives you a better chance of not critical failing on the combine (you still might fail on experimentation). Primarily architects use this for use when crafting buildings and items that use tons of resources.
