I am sure its differant on each server but I usually try to make BOTH types of canap... 39 Fill and 33 Fill.
The 33 Fill people love for PvP. The Higher fill people love for PvE. They take one with brandy and can spam specials...after 10 min they pop in another one.
They dont stack these usually.
You might say... "Why dont they just use Ahirsa?" Well I have been trying to get alot of them to move over...but they like what they like.
Also, Canaps come 6 to a stack and my Ahirsa I think is 3 or 4 to a stack.
Anyway.. I think you will find a market.

Once I realized the demand for 3-shots was so much greater, I started making them exclusively (on Kiwiks and Won-Wons too, but of course canape is the big one unless you haven't got doc buffs). Since I started doing that, the 39-40 filling ones aren't selling well at all.
I personally only use canape in emergencies and in pvp, enh. ahrisa the rest of the time *if* I need it (usually between enh. brandies, synthsteak, aircake, and so on, ahrisa is overkill in pvm).

I'm on Starsider as well, so I totally sympathize with you on the berries. 
I only have one type left, and while the PE and OQ are half decent, the DR is only 38.
Still, I experiment my Canape down to 33. I have to sacrifice some of the buff to do so - it ends up at +630 or so. Some people judge food only by the size of the buff and would consider mine junk, but most people do prefer the 3-shot. I can barely keep the stuff on the vendor.
You have better berries than I do (I saw you win that auction! 
) and an extra experiment point, you should be able to get a higher buff than mine on 33 canape.

actually my buff is higher but because the dr and flavor are so crappy on those berries you saw me win, the filling caps out at I believe, 35. could have been 34.

Due to the absolute cruelness of the starsider berry gods, My canape is as follows.
6 shots, 744+ to focus/willpower for 11 minutes and x seconds, 40 filling.
Meaning you can only take 2 doses, so my question is, is there still a market for 2 shot canape? I know the rave now is 33 filling, but that just isn't possible for me at least on starsider, where berries with high flavor and decay resistance simply haven't spawned yet, or I just missed them.
