ok i have a +20 food exp suit and just acquired a +8 food exp belt.....should i sell this belt or wear it?...i already have 12points... will having the +8 help me in anyway.. i know it caps at +25...but how will that extra +5 help if it wont give me and extra point?
also....i have pair of +2 food exp gloves....i accidently put a +1 food assembly in it instead of the boots.....so i go out and buy a +2 food assembly.... can i drop this in that same pair of gloves(i have 3 sockets)?... it will be a +2/+2 with a +1 being cancelled out?
this will put me at +10 food assembly.....how will i know if i am getting the benefit of +10 food assembly since it doesnt show up in points like exp does?thanks....Ka-jun

Nope...increments of 10 only effect it. Destory it (to spite your competition...lol) or sell it

You can drop it in the same pair of gloves, and it will overwrite (not stack). You'll be left with +2/+2 as you said

It shows up in your skill mod window. We can only hope the game uses that same number on assembly. Anyone with +25 assembly notice a diff?

I sure could use something like that hehe, hope I cross paths with a food exp tape that high.

I just acquired a +12 food assembly and noticed a big difference in my amazing success ratio.

Gemini it does affect your rate of amazing successes. IF you ever made some food as a nonmaster it's very easy to tell that experimentation not only adds to the amount of points but to how often you get a better success.

I agree with the above post. Experimentation skills does two things. It gives you points to experiment with and it also affects the amazing, great, good, etc... success rates.

I have +25 Assemby and I do believe it helps. I get alot of amazing successes (much more than I do with BE (no tapes for BE) ) but I also use +14 pyolian cake, 44.??? station, 15% tool...

So if I'm only wearing a +5/+5 apron (assembly/experimentation) am I not going to notice any difference until I get to +10/+10?
