Hello all. I need some help with crafting foods. I dont understand what makes the light food components for the food additives. I am guessing it is the other selections under the component tab but not sure which to use. any help would be wonderful.

BE's make the tissues, you get them from them, then use water to create the additive from them. there are 12 different tissues (4light, 4med, 4heavy). each type of tissue corresponds w/ the 4 different experimentation options when makeing foods. if your looking to increase nutrition, use that tissue; for decreasing filling, use that type of tissues, and etc ...

i recommend checking the BE's forums for more specifics on the types of tissues
