Is anyone else finding that these are alot more rare since they released the patch? I have tried like 10 times in a research center using bespin port only to get a great success. It is really annoying when you are trying to make something you only have a small supply of resources for.
Oh yeah, i was using my droid in the middle of no where and got amazing successes like 3 in a row

Everything seems about the same for me. I always use a droid, despite the fact that there seems to be differing opinions on this. I tried experimenting by a +43 crafting station in the same city I'm usually in with my droid and I got several critical failures and good successes. Needless to say, I wasn't impressed, so I went back to the old way of doing things.

a friend told me to try a droid, took about 7 tries for an amazing on bivoli, that was also in a research center using port.

If anything I've noticed the Amazing Success is much more common for me now...hmm..must just be a fluke

It could just be me being superstitious and overly sensitive, but it seems like whenever I'm not in the mood to craft, I get really poor results. When I'm rip roaring and ready to go, amazings come easily. I don't discount needing to be in the right frame of mind to craft!

I have seen the same results as you Neocronz.
I have been getting critical failures pretty often too and that is with +20 experimentation/+25 assembly plus bespin port and pyollian cake. Extremely annoying. Never had this much trouble crafting since I made chef. I had to use almost 2 crates of resources experimenting to get Ahrisato +409/48m30s/33/3.....Had made similar ahrisa twice before with the same exact resources in only a couple tries experimenting.

Same as usual for me. Some schems in 1 go, some its a 2 crate job.

Same for me as well, just gotta have patience, I remember the brandy schem thatI got a few weeks ago that took me two crates of components just to get two amazing successes

Since the patch the only thing I've crafted was a couple crates of parwan... I had about 20 chances to get the best schematic i could. First 10 tries I got6 critical failures 
(research center, +20 exp/+12 assembly, port)

i have noticed that amazing successes have dreacreased usually it took me 7-8 tries. now i go throught 1 or even 2 full crates of components
