I just got a report that it isn't working and the guy said he bought some from another chef that also isn't working.

Is his havla +100? If not, that's probably the problem... havla has been like that since launch.

I remember the devs posted a while back and said havla was bugged didn't they? Did it ever get fixed? Maybe it is related to that.
