I am trying to master Chef and set up a Vendor, I have tried to find out what a 12 Pt. Chef is, could someone tell me.

A chef that has a extra 2 experimentation points. You can only get these by getting +food exp tapes. After yo get +10 i from tapes you get a extra point. As the SEA cap is +25 you can only get a maximum of 2 extra points.
