As far as containers go, casks are always your best bet. Barrels are broken, so don't bother with those.
There are 4 experimental lines in most food. In most recipes the weighing of the stats is as such
Filling: DR 75, OQ 25
Flavor: FL 66, OQ 33
Nutrition: PE 66, OQ 33
Quantity: DR 25, PE 75
There are exceptions. A good portion of the drinks, and foods that have non-floral resources in them will have different stat weighing, but by far this is the most common weight you will see.
Taken the percentages, adding them together and then dividing by the weighted stats you get
PE = 17/12
DR = 1
OQ = 11/12
FL = 2/3
Overall = 4
Even though OQ ranks as 3rd on the list, it is also the stat that influences the most properties. As such a poor OQ is not advised as it will hamper basically every part of your food's potential.
I would consider PE/DR/OQ the most needed stat. If it has around 700 in each of those then I consider it for use in my creations. If you only used 1 stat as the overall best and ignored the rest, you'd typically have pretty crappy food. You can get by with some bad flavor ratings here and there as the varience on the flavor stat doesn't seem to change too much from good to poor stats.
I have too much resources so i just priced them 1-3 cpu to clear my 6houses/12factories of storage thats all..

Alright thank you for the info, also is there any way I can tell what a price of a resorce SHOULD but, im new at this (first time to ever be a crafter) so I have no idea what stuff is worth and I dont want to be overpriced hehe.
Pricing definitely varies by server. Bria, for example, seems to have the reputation for high prices (although I can't actually say whether that's true from personal experience).
However, given that non-creature resources generally cost 0.3 to 1 cpu to harvest (depending on harvester size, concentration, and how often you spend the "redeed" fee), stuff that's been in-shift recently seems togo for around10-15 cpu for evenvery high quality stuff (say, 3 stats with 900+). "Grind quality" (500 or less in multiple stats) generally goes at 1-2 cpu (at least on my server), which is still a nice profit margin for the resource merchant.
Personally, when shopping my "buy price" was roughly 3cpu +1cpu for every hundred over 700 on each stat. So for 800 / 900 / 700 / 800 I'd like the price to be around3 +1 + 2 + 0 + 1 =7 cpu. I was certainly flexible about it, but if I saw that for5 cpu I'd snatch it right up,if 9 cpu I'd consider whether I really needed the particular resource type. I also tended to harvest my own resources.
