yes filling is 100 but not sure on the 45 minutes.....never heard that before.

The 30 seconds between stims only lasts until the second stim and then you go back to the normal 60 seconds in between, but it's been a while since I tested it. I may be remembering this all wrong. =/

No, you guys are right... I use it all the time...

You can use a stim immediately after drinking the Ruby Bliel. Then you can use another stim in 30 sec... or if you drink another one, you can take anothher stim immediately...

The ruby bliel I make, with almost perfect resources, comes out with 16 fill. I made some low-filling additives (13 power)and it just lowers it to 13 fill... With better filling adds it could probably go down to 12 fill but I really don't think it could get any lower...

Well, ok. Here's the thing. Ruby bliel is sort of what you're looking for, but it only works the following way:

What it allows you to do is to take a regular stim, then drink it, and then stim again instantly. Then your next stim regen period will only be 30 seconds, as opposed to the normal 60 seconds.

If you need back to back stims, you can just drink ruby bliel over and over again, but eventually the filling will catch up to you.

Ok so 2 questions. 1.) How long does filling last? 2. So i eat one and i can instantly use Stim then it lasts for like 45 min and instead of 1 min cooldown it is only 30 sec?

Never really used ruby bleil myself but let's see if I understand what everyone has explained to me

You use a stim, drink ruby bleil that has average 13-16 filling, can stim again immediately, and then the cooldown period for the next stim and next stim only is 30 seconds. The ruby bleil is gone but you still show the filling. You can repeat this again and again until you are full.

I am not sure. From what i undertsand is that you use a stim. Use Ruby then you can use one instantly and then you also get 45 min of 30 sec instead of 60 cooldown on stims. But you could keep using them till you are full if you want instant stims. Also what is ful 100?
