I'm positive all foods don't have the same duration cap, thats like saying every nutrition bonus is capped at 33 because veghash is.
As for your experiment, noting the experimental values would be nice, only way to know it was a cap for the food is if you experimented to 99%

Hmmm
I have to admit that I havent ever made a food with duration longer than 60m. You my be right. Also, the food that are not TIME limited but limited in other ways all expire within an hour, further lending credence to your theory.
So yeah, in light of the fact I havent ever played with getting food over an hour, I would say there is a 60m cap. Not sure though. Today is a crafting day for me anyway, so Ill play with it and see where I can go. Chances are if a food can be pushed over 60 minutes, I have teh resources to do it. My other thought is that it MAY be capped at 60m, but what about flavor enhancements? I know flavor enhanced food isnt extremely common, but I have a bunch of flavor adds and will mess with this later.
Anyone else know about this?

Couple of Questions.
1. Was the resources you used perfect 1000 in OQ and PE? If not, there is room for higher duration
2. Why did you use Caf? There is not the typical FL/OQ duration formula with that food.
On a side note, I agree with another poster. Every food has it's own cap.

Nope!
My Teltier Noodles are about 62 minutes without a flavor additive so 60 minutes isn't the hard cap on all foods.

Great info! Didnt know that. Ill have to play with that later. Up until now I have only really thrown Flavor adds into Parwan (why some people put nutrition adds in parwan I will never know). Ill have to start playing with flavor adds more. Yay!
Thanks for the heads up on that. Going to have some fun tonight with new recipes.

Well, I think your main problem (spending more points doesn't add to duration) has to do with Caf's unique bug: both nutrition and flavor are affected by experimentation in "Nutrition".
But Flavor is still capped based on the FL/OQ stats of the resources used. So you can "cap" flavor, while still having room to add to nutrition.
Food duration caps do exist (basically the max you can hit based on resource stats or 100% Flavor experimentation), but at least with everything else, you still get duration increase if you can put more points in flavor.

Today i messing around with some different foods/drink just to see what i could do with them, and got some interesting results when experimenting with Caf (adds willpower)
experimenting in the nutrition line adds both to the power and durration.
first test was made without additive.
initial result : +43 for 42 minutes
7 points used : +52 for 60.36 minutes
10 points used : +58 for 60.36 minutes
So the last 3 points spend gave only power but no durration. Is this cap allso the same for other foods?
Next test was made with +56 light additives
initial result : +67 for 42 minutes
7 points used : +84 for 60.36 minutes
10 points used : +90 for 60.36 minutes
Note that using an additive didnt give longer durration in the initial combine even as the nutrition line is used for experimenting durration.
Are all foods capped at 60.36 minutes?
