veronian berry wine is a drink that buffs all 3 of the primary stats

as for foods that buff them...there isn't really one single food that buffs all 3

i'd recommend veghash & ormachek for health and mind stats though

Grind wastril bread up to Mixology II, then Iothian Mist (178exp) all the way to master. Make sure to make some goodies along the way to finance you grinding habit.

Without having to read through everything, and without my being able togive any sort of detail as to specific catagories, quantities or amounts of xp gained, theregoes:

Craft soypro until you can craft pastebread. Then from pastebread, craft until you can make kiwik clusjo swirls, and just craft that to master. When you first start making the soypro, don't do it in practice mode. If you actually create them, fill up your inventory and then eat them (they're 0 filling because they're a component), you'll get user xp (uxp) for eating them and you can eat as many as you can craft.

I think most people that sped through the crafting of chef did it this way, and I know I personally just did it about 3 days ago in less than a day.

Happy crafting. Your fingers will hate you, but the tummies will love you!
