Well, using the max range for unhanced blue milk (500ish, although that number probably needs some more testing) and the max range for a light nutrition tissue (60), you're looking at a theoretic glass of milk healing 800 mind.
Since it's unlikely we'll ever gather milk and meat with 1000 OQ and 1000 PE, plus meat and flora with 1000 OQ, 1000 PE and 1000 Flavor, you probably don't have to worry about competition. 
671 is pretty darn good. What's the filling, though? Since Blue Milk is a one-time stim (instead of a continuous buff like Brandy), low filling is desirable.

I stock +697 w/ 29 filling

I stock +659 with 25% fill.
I can hit more than 715 if i choose to cap the power, but then the filling will of course be higher.

My blue milk does 400 and 29 fill and I sell crates for 15k lol
I quit using BE goods.........My stuff is not as great anymore but the sales are better and I don't have to deal with BE and the cost difference to my customers...they love it, they would rather pay 400 percent less and get 25 percent less stats........Boycott BE's

mine is 700 heal for 33 fill. I made this with milk I aquired through the resource deeds..basiclly the best milk ever on Bria
