Anyways, the Mandalorian Wine schematic comes from the Death Watch Bunker. It is a random loot item and you are not guaranteed to get it when you go down there.

They only drop from forum posters from what I've seen. Problem is they are 100% immune to everything except for credits. Every credit does one point of temporary subdual damage, but the forum posters usually have millions of HAM to have to overcome so be prepared.
In all seriousness, I don't know what specifically drops it in the deathwatch bunker, sorry.

I've had mine since the day it was released. I haven't used it once (even before I quit), so really it isn't worth it unless you are a very hardcore chef.

Well I'm not quite sure who I offended with this statement, but the Mandalorian Wine Schematic is in fact dropped by a Deathwatch Wraith. Sorry to offend whoever gave me the 1 star.
